The Lazio Industrial Consortium has launched a public auction for the sale of a major industrial complex located in the Parchi agglomeration in the municipality of Minturno.
The initiative concerns the former production site of I.VER Srl, a strategic area owned by the Consortium. This is an area designated for production according to the ASI Regional Territorial Plan, which allows the Consortium to proceed with the application of its strategy aimed at promoting the reintegration of brownfield sites into the production cycle and attracting new investments, in order to contribute to the economic growth and employment development of the territory.
Economic operators and members duly registered with the Chamber of Commerce may participate in the tender; the procedure applied is the highest bid above the base auction price. The deadline for submitting bids is 16 February 2026; the auction will be held on 17 February at the Gaeta regional office.
