Through Lazio Innova, the Lazio Region is launching the “Business Opportunities” call. The initiative aims to create a catalog (Repository) of investment opportunities for business development projects promoted by SMEs operating in Lazio. These projects will be presented to potential investors interested in taking equity stakes or supporting growth initiatives both in Italy and abroad.
The call—which does not involve direct financial allocations—is aimed at structured SMEs looking to attract qualified investors through:

Equity or equity-like transactions;

Business development projects suitable for external investment, potentially including a technological and innovative development component.
Lazio Innova will enhance and showcase eligible projects through publication and promotion on institutional portals, as well as targeted presentations at trade fairs, business meetings, and roadshows.
Eligibility Criteria: Companies meeting the SME standard parameters may apply if they:

Have an operational headquarters in Lazio;

Are regularly registered with the Chamber of Commerce (Registro delle Imprese) and up to date with membership payments;

Have an annual turnover of at least €1 million;

Have a minimum of 5 employees.
Applicant SMEs must submit a growth-oriented business development project that is ready for investment, seeking a financial partnership of at least €1 million.
The project must fall within the priority sectors defined by the regional Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) and demonstrate an adequate level of project maturity.
