The Simplified Logistics Zone in Lazio was established with the signature of Undersecretary Mantovano, representing a strategic step strongly desired by the regional administration to consolidate and enhance the competitiveness of the territory.
This milestone was achieved after a long and painstaking process of coordination and discussion, and now provides Lazio with a flexible tool for the growth of its productive fabric, the creation of new businesses, the development of networks and the attraction of investment. The region’s industrial areas will be able to communicate freely with port areas, triggering a virtuous circle that will lay the foundations for mature growth in the local economy, involving 49 municipalities.
Through its offices, the Region will ensure constant monitoring of simplifications, accelerated procedures, one–stop shops, administrative and tax breaks. The aim is to reduce time and costs for businesses and to create new opportunities for growth and employment.
